JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Business Analyst
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders in discussions to capture their needs and craft data-driven solutions to conquer tough business challenges.
Analysis & Insights: Use your SQL / Python skills to query, manipulate, and dissect data from an array of sources, databases, and data warehouses. Uncover trends, spot patterns, and unravel anomalies. Transform these revelations into actionable insights and drive our company forward.
Storytelling: Become a master storyteller with data and build compelling narratives through dashboards, and visualizations.
Data Quality: Safeguarding the sanctity of data through validation and quality checks.
Scripting: Build connections between our analytics database and third-party systems
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data modeling and database design.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
Previous experience in industries such as e-commerce, finance, or healthcare.
