JOB DESCRIPTION


Role: Inside Sales Intern – Credit Card Growth

Location: Bengaluru (In-house)

Shift Timings : 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (UK-Aligned / Rotational)

Internship : ( 3 or 6 Months) 

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Zolve is hiring freshers with strong communication skills to support customer onboarding and activation for Zolve Credit Cards. This role offers hands-on exposure to fintech sales, customer engagement, and conversion-driven growth in international markets.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Engage and follow up with inbound and outbound leads via calls and WhatsApp

  • Explain Zolve Credit Card features, benefits, and application process clearly

  • Assist customers with application completion and onboarding

  • Support card activation and encourage first transaction

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

  • Adhere to communication guidelines and ethical sales practices

QUALIFICATIONS


   Experience

  • MBA Freshers, final-year students, or recent graduates

  • Strong spoken English and clear communication skills

  • Willingness to work in UK shifts and make outbound calls

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and structured follow-ups

  • High learning agility and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

  • Any prior internship or experience in sales or customer engagement

  • Interest in fintech or financial services.

  • Empathetic, trustworthy, ethical, and persistent.

  • Coachable with high ownership.
